JumpStart

We believe that positively impacting our larger community is core to who we are, and we take this responsibility seriously. Our goal is to provide a centralized, collaborative, and enjoyable way for Insight employees to demonstrate a commitment to giving back.

Description of the initiative – By training and placing jobseekers in Customer Success (CS) and Sales Develoment Representative (SDR) roles, software ScaleUps have the opportunity to JumpStart someone’s career and bring equal opportunities into the industry. The JumpStart Scholarship Program helps individuals who have been historically overlooked build an exciting career in the software sector.

Together, we have the opportunity to create over $15M in wealth expansion in 5 years.
